If you’re not happy with the delivered work, we encourage you to request revisions first. We usually offer 1–3 free revisions depending on the package selected. Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to meet reasonable expectations after revisions.
5. 📅 Timeframe for Requesting Refunds
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment. After this period, refund eligibility is no longer guaranteed.
